1. Dr Vinod Shankar Singh, President
At present he is teaching at Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramodaya University, Chitrakoot, Satna, Madhya Pradesh. He is head of the Department of Master of Social Work. He is deeply concerned over rural development, people’s movements, nurturing CBOs and people’s organisations.

2. Dr (Mrs) Deepa Dev, Vice President
She is lecturer at Department of Master of Social Work at Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramodaya University, Chitrakoor, Satna, Madhya Pradesh.

3. Mr Lalluram Shukla, General Secretary
He is Head of the Department of Music at Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramodaya University, Chitrakoot, Satna, Madhya Pradesh. He is deeply involved in rural development and is associated with a number of voluntary organisations.

4. Ms Asha Kushwaha, Vice Secretary
She is a postgraduate and working in the field of rural development in remote areas of Lalitpur district with Sahariya tribal community. She has long experience in women empowerment and gender equity of tribals. She is associated with the civil society sector for the last five years.

5. Mr Rashtradeep Singh, Auditor
He is graduate and has 15 years’ experience in social sector in the field of administration, management and human resource development.

6. Mrs Madhura Fadanees, Treasurer
She is doctorate in Music. She is greatly concerned over tribals and dalits and is associated with the sector for the last five years.

7. Mr Bhagwat Prasad, Director
He is M Com and LLB and holds postgraduate certificate course in social welfare administration from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. He is in the sector since 1994. His is expert in law, management, administration and community mobilisation.

8. Mrs Vimla Srivastava, Patronage Member
She is graduate and a teacher. Earlier she was social activist in tribal areas, having worked on women empowerment and women literacy in tribal areas between 1989-1998.

9. Mrs Meenu Wadera, Member
She is postgraduate from Institute of Rural Management, Anand. She has held senior positions in several donor agencies.

10. Ms Keshar Kol, Member
A graduate, she is from target community (Kol tribals). She is energetic and enthusiastic social activist. She has great concern with land, tribals and human rights. Her story has been featured on Doordarshan 1, a national television channel in a special story on women empowerment.

11. Mr Bhim Singh Kol, Member
He is from the tribal community and has been forerunner of ABSSS. Now he is a staff member as well as board member of the organisation.

12. Mr T Thomson, Member
He is a postgraduate from Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi, Jharkhand. He has worked in various national level CSOs during the last 10 years. At present he is working among dalit and deprived sections of Central UP.

13. Mr Shiv Sharan Kol, Member
He is from the target community. He is a progressive farmer and forefront member of ABSSS.

14. Mr Manoj Patel, Member
He is postgraduate and a teacher.

15. Mr Uma Shankar Tiwari, Member
He is a progressive farmer and associated with ABSSS since its beginning.
